There is a bus line from Kakanj to Kraljeva Sutjeska. If you have your own vehicle, turn off into Kakanj before the fly-over when coming from the M17 from Sarajevo.


Follow the road and turn right under the railway bridge. Continue without turning for another 15 minutes, then pass again under a railway bridge and turn immediately right. Stay on this road until you see the sign for Kraljeva Sutjeska.

Bus from Sarajevo to Kakanj goes every day at 05:45; 06:00; 07:00; 07:30; 07:45; 08:00; 08:30; 09:00; 09:15; 10:00; 11.30; 12:00; 12:15; 12:30, 13:15; 13:30; 13:45; 14:30; 15:30; 16:00; 16:30; 17:15; 17:30; 18:00; 18:30; 19:00; 19:30; 20:00; 21:00 and 22:00. The price of a ticket in one way is 10,40 KM.

From taxi stand in Kakanj you can get to Kraljeva Sutjeska for about 10 KM per person.
